Erin, wow, there was a lot packed into that five minute month known as January! Snow, car troubles, illness and a new job--that's a lot!

Music is a healer for sure.... we are near kindred souls in that department--I love so many of the songs/albums you mentioned, particularly Christy Nockels' CD "Be Held." One of my favorites.

I will have to check out the other titles you mentioned.

As to your poll, I am a fan of the real St. Valentine, illustrated in this book by my friend Ned Bustard :-)

I've made Dutch oven bread using that same recipe. I agree; it is delicious! I'm now contemplating whether I should attempt to try said recipe with GF flour in the near future. Hmm.

I love your prayer clothespin idea for family devotions. I may have to give that a try!
